Emotional Intelligence
Emotional Intelligence
Emotional Intelligence (EI) is generally defined as the ability to perceive, control, and evaluate emotions in both yourself and others, individually and in groups. It is a human being’s natural ability to understand and interpret emotions. We do this every day without realising there is a term for it.
This workshop will look at two separate abilities:
1) the ability to recognize, understand, and manage, and
2) the ability to influence so that you will be more self-aware and make better decisions.
The 5 pillars that will be discussed are:
- Self-Awareness
- Self-Regulation
- Motivation
- Empathy
- Social Skills
EI will help you: gain confidence, be more self-confident, handle criticism and feedback, control anger, improve relationships, problem solve and deepen your understanding of yourself and others.
