Applying everyday mindfulness to wine tasting is a match made in heaven. A unique activity that not only contributes to skill-set, but offers a salvation from the day-to-day stressors that can lead to significant losses in productivity and performance. Yes, mindful wine tasting can be a component of your well-being program!

We know the benefits of mindfulness; we know there’s benefits of drinking wine. Why not combine the two. Utilising the constructs in positive psychology, mindfulness and neuroscience, a glass of wine can lead you through some of the key principles of mindfulness, such as being open to new things, focusing on the present moment and being fully aware of what your body and mind are feeling.
